Returns & Replacement Policy

All products sold by BUSHWAR are printed to order. As such, under UK and EU consumer law, made-to-order or personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference. Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or for lost shipments.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If you receive:

a damaged item
a manufacturing defect
a printing error
the wrong item

Include:

your order number
a description of the issue
clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs for replacements will be covered by BUSHWAR.

Important: Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made-to-order:

Returns for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer preference are not accepted
Exchanges are not offered. If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order.

Lost Shipments

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 calendar days of the estimated delivery date, and we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Refund Method

Refunds, when approved due to damage, defect, incorrect item, or non-delivery, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of confirmation of the issue.

Legal Exemption Reference

Under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. All products sold in this store are made-to-order and fall within this exemption.
