BUSHWAR Shipping Policy 

1. Processing & Production Time

• All items are made-to-order.

• Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product.

• Custom or personalised items may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

• Shipping times vary depending on your location:

*These are estimates; delays can occur due to customs, public holidays, or carrier issues.

• You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and shipping method.

• All orders must be fully paid before processing.

• You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your order appears lost or does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us at bushwar.bat.hq@gmail.com.

• We will work with Printful to locate, replace, or refund the item where appropriate.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carriers, but will support you in resolving issues.

5. Risk of Loss

• Risk passes to the customer once the item is delivered.

• Until then, we remain responsible for any damage during shipping handled by Printful.

6. Tracking

• Most shipments include tracking.

• You can track your order using the tracking link sent via email.

7. Multiple Items

• Items from separate orders may ship separately, even if ordered together.

• Shipping costs are calculated per order.
